Privacy Policy

CreatorFlow helps independent creators upload, manage, preview, and publish their own video content. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how creators can request deletion.

Information we collect

We collect account information such as email address, authentication state, uploaded media metadata, captions, publish settings, and publish history. When a creator connects TikTok, we store the tokens and account identifiers needed to support the connected account.

How we use information

We use this information to operate the creator workspace, process uploads, show previews, request creator information from TikTok, submit publish requests, refresh tokens, and display publishing status.

Sharing and processors

CreatorFlow uses Supabase for authentication and database services, S3-compatible object storage for media files, Vercel for hosting, and TikTok APIs when a creator connects TikTok. We do not sell creator data.

Retention and deletion

Creator records are retained while the account is active. Creators can request deletion at support@creatorflow.app or through the account deletion page. We remove account data, media metadata, connected account tokens, and publish history unless retention is required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Security

Tokens and private account records are stored server-side and protected by Supabase row-level security. TikTok secrets are never exposed to the browser and must be provided through environment variables.
